Heavent Paris with a digitally dynamic exhibition stand.

The Heavent Paris exhibition at the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles has become over the years one of Europe’s key exhibitions for companies and consumers to view and present their innovations within the event, exhibition, modular display systems industry.

Deleage Expansion has been attending this exhibition for many years and attaches a special importance to the show. Their team wanted to make a huge impression on the 450 other exhibitors and 18 000 visitors who would be at the 3-day show.

Deleage wanted to bring together a variety of different partners, products and services together for the show, and the design and concept that they came up with just did that.

OUTCOME

The design for the project consisted of a 6.5-metre-high and 4.7-metre-wide stepped corner display with multiple integrated LED screens. Deleage wanted to showcase how modular framework systems and dynamic digital displays could be merged together. With the industry moving more and more towards this marriage it is easy to see why Deleage wanted to showcase this to full effect.

The display had a few unique and exciting features, that would firstly attract visitors to the stand but also educate them on the endless opportunities that Deleage, T3 and their other partners could open for them.

THE TUNNEL OF DISCOVERY.

Deleage wanted to give visitors and potential clients the opportunity up and personal view of the inner working of their display. What they created was a tunnel that allowed visitors to enter the display. What it showcased was how the digital LED screens were mounted to the framework, how the massive fabric graphic was illuminated using the T3Wandlite and lastly how the actual framework for the display came together.

The entrance of the tunnel was created using the T3Litebox solution. The design consisted of an archway entrance that was seamlessly joined the corner display.

The display was created using the T3Frame solution’s fusion and channel extrusions coupled with Velcro and Silverlite graphic finishing. This allowed for the full colour fabric and rigid panel graphics to be mounted onto the display seamlessly.

OTHER SERVICES

Deleage Expansion had another of their services on display namely; polystyrene lettering and logo design. This was in the form of an impressive 3D lettering wall and large Deleage logo counter at the front of their stand.

INSTALLATION

Deleage was able to transport the whole T3 exhibition stand  in the back of small van. Due to the modular design of the framework, all the components could be packed down into compact transport cases. Allowing for cost saving to take place with transportation and storage.

It took a team of 5 people 24 hours without the use of tools or levers to construct the display.. As well as the design and installation of the display, Deleage also installed the various polystyrene signage and counters, carpet installation and electricals.

What Deleage created for the Heavent Exhibition was something outstandingly special. To be able to bring so many products, services and concepts together so seamlessly was a fantastic achievement.
